Few things that I want to share

1. Me is going to Melbourne.

Already bought the ticket but I'm actually not that excited about it. I actually don't even want to go. I've been browsing around for hotels and a week stay would cost me around $1000.

I don't mind spending that much on hotel rooms, in fact, I would love to stay on a really nice one. I'm not one of those that goes on a holiday and because "we're only gonna sleep there anyway, lets just stay in that cheap ass hotel that charges $1 a night" and you have to share the bed with 50 other people .. but right now, $1000 for a week stay is such a waste of money.

but if anyone from Melbourne with a place who's willing to let me stay for a week in February.. ha ha.

2. It's Christmas soon...

... and honestly, I'm not feeling it AT ALL! I don't like being here on Christmas. Celebrating Christmas here is just like celebrating a lame holiday. There's nothing special to it at all.

Gusto kong magsimbang gabi kahit hindi ako relihiyoso! Tska, gusto ko may umiimbita sakin na kumain sa bahay nila haha. Gusto ko ring mag-watusi. Wala dito ehhh. Ilang taon na ko nagpapasko dito, tinutulugan ko lang. Hmp!

3. I watched Alice and Wonderland the other night.

Cant wait for Tim Burton's adaptation of it! It's going to be one of the coolest films everrrr,............... hopefully.

I can't believe how much drug references are on that film. Ha ha. I remember watching it as a kid and thinking about how cool the characters were but never really thought how screwed up they are. I mean, a caterpillar smoking a hookah. Alice wouldn't hesitate drinking or eating something that says 'Eat Me/Drink Me' or like when the caterpillar told her to eat two sides of the mushroom, she did!! ha ha...

Remember kids, say no to drugs or to talking caterpillars.

Makes me want to go back into being an innocent kid so I wouldn't question Cookie Monsters addiction and would just think that maybe he just really really really likes cookies. =)

4. I love this song.

I've been downloading a lot of 90's songs lately and it's quite nostalgic listening to them. I mean, I used to hate this song by '4 Non Blondes', coz it's on everyones (i was about to type iPod) cassette tape player... and just about every drunk person would sing along to it.

Now I find myself singing along to it... and I'm not even drunk.

5. I'm gonna get myself a Nintendo DS Light. hehe.

6. I passed all my subjects for 2nd semester!!!!!!!

I was really worried because I did so horrible on my finals.. and I was so sure that I will fail one. Shockingly, I passed it all and I even got one Distinction!!!! Yayayayayayayaya!

There's a feeling of relief that final exams are over but at the same time, I am very disappointed with how I think I did. Usually, whenever I exit an exam room I'd always feel like I could've done much much better.

But this time, the feeling was different and not in a good way. I went out from two of my exams and went, 'Fuck, I screwed that one up.'

I did well during the midterms, hopefully that would lift up my scores and give me that passing grade that I need.

I feel so dumb. I'm becoming an airhead all of a sudden.

Me: It tasted like it was grilled.

Friend: Of course, it's grilled scallop -__-

got nothing better to do

I need about $2000 by mid-January and I need to pay someone about $2000 by the end of this month. How I wish money is coming out of my ass right now.

EDIT, the money is for my holiday before school starts. Apparently, it wont be happening anymore. Damn it. Gusto ko ng maglaslas!! :/

I cannot believe the Bush era is over. I can't wait to see who takes over. I'm not American and all but the US does have such a huge impact in the world so I'm just as excited/frightened as they are. Obama for me, just keeps saying stuff that Amerian citizens wants to hear. "It's time for a change, it's time for a change .... it's time for a fucking change".

Err... yea we got you.

Of course that's essential to any campaigns but I've heard that before from Kevin Rudd and I got lured into it and voted for him and now, I'm still waiting for him to actually do something. I fear Obama would be the same: all talk no show. If he can commit to his promises of change, then he's good in my book.

With McCain, I think that he would be George Bush all over again. And what was he thinking picking Sarah Palin as his VP? Picture this, if McCain wins and dies (because of old age or assasination) then PALIN WILL BE THE FUCKING PRESIDENT! Scary thought right there!~ And if he loses, I have this funny thought that Palin will keep milking her fifteen minutes of fame by going on 'Dancing with the Stars'. Ha ha ha.

Politics.... ugh, i know.

Anywhooo, I thought I wouldn't be doing anything on Halloween because I promised myself that I would be devoting my next few weeks to studying for the finals. Then~ i got invited to this party.

Damn you temptation!!

We got to walk around nightclubs and it's really fun to see how creative people got with their costumes. Some people were there to impress and some just to get a few laughs, while most girls had on a sexy version of a uniform of some sort.

That was a couple of nights ago and a very interesting one I must say. Met some very interesting people, this one girl in particular. She was so drunk that we have to carry her all the way to the taxi queue. Saw her again on campus the other day but didn't say hi as I was in a hurry to get to class. -_-

She told me she used to study in Lasalle and how she'd like to spend Christmas in Manila coz it's so lively over there during the holidays. I couldn't agree with her more. Makes me want to spend the holidays over there, but unfortunately I can't. Gusto ko pa namang umamoy ng watusi. Oh well.

I am planning a trip somewhere before school starts... need to save money. =)

Never realized how hard it is to take a proper outfit picture. Man, it takes a lot of skill. How do they do it? Haha.
